Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

At Crabfruit Co., every order is prepared with care and attention. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the type of item purchased:

Processing Times

  • Linocut Prints: Handmade to order. Prints ship within 7 days.

  • Stamp Commissions: Ship within 2–3 weeks.

  • Painting Commissions: Ship within 3–4 weeks.

  • Apparel: Ships within 5 days.

  • Original Paintings & Ready-Made Prints: In stock and ship within 3–5 days.

Shipping Schedule

All orders are dropped off at the post office every Monday and Friday.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

If you’re unhappy with your print for any reason, please email me at crabfruitco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I’m always happy to help.

Replacements:

If your print arrived damaged or you’re simply not satisfied, reach out by email and I’ll arrange a replacement. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable.

Returns & Refunds:

I’m happy to issue a refund once the item is returned in its original condition. Please email me first so I know to expect your package and can provide any necessary return details.

All return or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of when the package was delivered.
